Codes of Ethics.  All directors and employees of AgBank are responsible for maintaining the highest standards in conducting business.  In that regard, Codes of Ethics have been established for the Board of Directors and for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Credit Officer, and other senior financial professionals who are involved directly, or indirectly, with the preparation of AgBank’s financial statements and the maintenance of financial records supporting the financial statements.  These Codes of Ethics supplement AgBank’s Standards of Conduct Policies for directors and employees.  For more information on the Code of Ethics for the Board of Directors, click here.   For more information on the Code of Ethics for the Chief Executive Officer and senior financial professionals, click here.

Whistleblower Program.  The Audit Committee of U.S. AgBank, FCB has established a Whistleblower Program to receive and handle reports related to accounting practices, report accuracy, internal controls, auditing matters, and misconduct or fraud. Farm Credit System Regulators and Related Entities

The Farm Credit System is regulated by the Farm Credit Administration (FCA), an independent agency in the executive branch of the United States Government.  It is responsible for the regulation of Farm Credit Banks, Farm Credit Associations, and related entities that collectively comprise the Farm Credit System.  The FCA derives its powers and authorities from the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended.  Its mission is to promote a safe and sound competitive Farm Credit System.  For more information on the FCA, click here.

The Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation (Funding Corporation) manages the sale of Farm Credit System securities in the capital markets. These securities are the primary source of loan funds for the Farm Credit System.  For more information on the Funding Corporation, click here.

The Farm Credit System Insurance Corporation (FCSIC) is an independent corporation controlled by the United States Government. It is not under the control of any Farm Credit System institution. The primary purpose of FCSIC is to ensure the timely payment of principal and interest to investors in Farm Credit System securities. For more information on FCSIC, click here.
