Regulators and Related
Entities
The Farm Credit
System is regulated
by the Farm Credit
Administration
(FCA), an
independent agency
in the executive
branch of the United
States Government.
It is responsible
for the regulation
of Farm Credit
Banks, Farm Credit
Associations, and
related entities
that collectively
comprise the Farm
Credit System.
The FCA derives its
powers and
authorities from the
Farm Credit Act of
1971, as amended.

Corporation (Funding

the sale of Farm

Corporation (FCSIC)
is an independent
